Poppy & Harrison's 21st Birthday at Lancaster Railway Club

Joint birthday parties are always a good time, and Poppy and Harrison's 21st at Lancaster Railway Club was no exception. On the 21st of March 2026, the two of them celebrated in style with friends and family, and we were thrilled to be part of it.

The Venue: Lancaster Railway Club

Lancaster Railway Club is a well-established members' club in the heart of Lancaster, and it makes for a really solid private party venue. It has that classic club feel, with plenty of space for a good-sized guest list and the kind of laid-back atmosphere that puts people at ease from the moment they arrive.

For an adult birthday like this one, it ticked all the boxes. Good bar, a proper dance floor area, and the sort of relaxed setting where everyone ends up having a laugh rather than standing on ceremony.

What We Brought Along: Selfie Pod Hire

For this event, we set up our Selfie Pod, and it was a brilliant fit for the venue and the occasion. The Selfie Pod is sleek and compact, which means it slots into a party space without taking over the room. No backdrop required, no fuss, just great photos.

Guests could walk up, choose their layout from a huge range of print templates, and take as many shots as they liked throughout the night. With unlimited visits included, nobody missed out, and the prop box kept things entertaining from start to finish.

The digital download link was a popular addition. Guests could get hold of their photos in high quality after the night, which meant the memories didn't just end up stuck in a print pile somewhere. They were shareable and actually used.

141 Photos and a Night to Remember

By the end of the evening, guests had taken a whopping 141 photos. That tells you everything you need to know about how much fun people were having. The selfie pod was busy all night, and it was brilliant to watch guests of all ages piling in together for group shots.

A Perfect Way to Mark a Milestone

Turning 21 is a big deal, and both Poppy and Harrison marked it in proper style. A joint party means double the energy and double the guest list, and the selfie pod held its own brilliantly throughout the night. It gave people something to do between dances and drinks, and produced the kind of photos that actually capture the atmosphere rather than stiff posed portraits.
