The best event photos aren't the posed line-ups; they're the half-second of real laughter, the quiet moment between the speeches, the dance floor at full tilt. Our photographers work the way good documentary shooters do: quietly, reading the room, catching the moments people didn't know were being captured.
You get full coverage of your event, a professionally edited online gallery delivered quickly, and high-resolution files you can print and share however you like.
Coverage and prices
- Half day, up to 4 hours , from £399 midweek, £449 at weekends. Enough for a ceremony and drinks reception, or a corporate half day.
- Full day, up to 8 hours , from £699 midweek, £779 at weekends. Preparations through to the start of the evening.
Longer coverage is available, just ask. Travel is free within 10 miles of our base on the Fylde coast, then 50p per mile.
Already booking a booth?
Add a roaming photographer to your booth hire for two hours from £199, and we'll capture everything happening away from the booth. You can also add aerial coverage from £149 to any photography booking, since our photographer is CAA-licensed to fly.
Before your event we send a short questionnaire so we know your timings, your key people and the shots that matter most to you. It takes ten minutes and it makes a real difference on the day.

Weekday hire from £399 and weekend hire from £449. Every package includes delivery, professional setup, a dedicated attendant for the duration, and unlimited use throughout your hire — no hidden extras. Free travel within 10 miles of our Poulton-le-Fylde base (FY6 8HX).

What style of photography do you offer?
We specialise in natural, candid event photography — capturing genuine moments and emotions as they happen. We also take key formal shots so you get the best of both styles.
How long after the event do we receive photos?
We hand-edit every image and deliver your full online gallery within 4 weeks of your event (up to 6 weeks during peak season, May–September). If you'd like a small set of edited highlights sooner, ask about our Same-Day Edits add-on.
Do you cover events outside Lancashire?
Yes! While we're based in Lancashire, we regularly cover events across the North West and beyond. Travel charges may apply for events more than 10 miles from our base.
Can we request specific shots?
Of course! We'll discuss your shot list and any must-have photos before the event. We want to make sure we capture everything that matters to you.
How many photos do we receive?
The number varies by event length, but for a typical 4-6 hour event you can expect 300-500+ professionally edited images.
Do you offer video as well?
We focus on photography, but we can often recommend trusted videographer partners. We also offer drone coverage which includes aerial video.
