Every guest gets unlimited prints throughout the hire period. Our booths print instantly in just 8 seconds, so nobody has to wait. You also receive a full digital gallery after the event.
The magic mirror needs approximately 10ft x 8ft (3m x 2.4m) of space. It's taller than a standard booth, so check ceiling heights at your venue — we need at least 8ft clearance.
We offer both digital-only and print selfie pods. The digital pod focuses on instant sharing via text/email/AirDrop, while the print pod includes a built-in printer for instant physical prints.
It's simple — once you've pressed the power button underneath to switch it on, guests just pick up the phone, hear your custom greeting, then leave their message after the tone. No instructions needed for guests, and even older ones find it intuitive.
We hand-edit every image and deliver your full online gallery within 4 weeks of your event (up to 6 weeks during peak season, May–September). If you'd like a small set of edited highlights sooner, ask about our Same-Day Edits add-on.
Most venues are fine, but some locations near airports, military sites, or in restricted airspace require special permission. We check every venue in advance and handle any applications needed.
Absolutely. All facial data is processed in compliance with GDPR. Guest data is encrypted, consent is obtained at registration, and all biometric data is deleted after the event.
Yes. Roaming photography is available as an add-on to any of our magic mirror, magic mirror or selfie pod hires, or as a standalone booking. Let us know when you enquire and we will include it in your quote.
We cover the whole of Lancashire, Merseyside, Greater Manchester, Cumbria and beyond. Travel is free within 10 miles of our Poulton-le-Fylde base (FY6 8HX). A small travel charge may apply for longer distances.

Yes! While we're based in Lancashire, we regularly cover events across the North West and beyond. Travel charges may apply for events more than 10 miles from our base.
Drones can't fly safely in heavy rain, strong winds, or fog. If conditions aren't suitable on the day, we'll discuss options including rescheduling or adjusting the coverage plan.
Each guest gets a unique link to their personal gallery containing every photo they appear in. Photos can be delivered via text, email, or QR code.
After your event we hand-edit the images and send you a secure online download link, usually within 4 weeks (up to 6 weeks in peak season, May–September) — often sooner. The high-resolution photos are yours to keep, print and share.
Setup takes under a minute. Press and hold the power button on the underside of the phone until the light turns blue — that means it's on and recording is ready. Pick up the handset and you'll hear your greeting play, followed by a beep: that's your confirmation it's working. We recommend leaving yourself a short test message. Charging alone doesn't switch the phone on, so please don't skip this step — and if you're unsure on the day, WhatsApp us on 07492 885 199 and we'll talk you through it in two minutes.
All our packages include delivery, professional setup, a friendly attendant for the duration, fun props, unlimited sessions, and collection. Digital copies are shared via our online gallery. For events mainly for or attended by under-18s, we don't publish an online gallery — photos are delivered on USB instead. See our safeguarding policy for details.
Our standard hire is 3 hours, which is perfect for most events. Extended hire is available if you need longer coverage — just ask when booking.

Yes! Our audio guest book hire is a fully postal service. We send your pre-programmed phone via Royal Mail tracked delivery anywhere in the UK — England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland — completely free of charge. A free pre-paid return label is included in every box.
Yes — alongside the £75 booking deposit that secures your date, we take a £100 refundable security deposit on the phone itself. It's refunded in full once the unit arrives back with us safe and sound in its pre-paid return box.
All digital photos are available via our online gallery (powered by fotoShare.co) within 24-48 hours of your event. Guests can also share instantly during the event via email or text. For events mainly for or attended by under-18s, we don't publish an online gallery — photos are delivered on USB instead. See our safeguarding policy for details.
Our booths work best indoors. For outdoor events, we need a covered area with protection from rain and wind, plus access to a standard 13A power socket.
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks before your event to guarantee availability. For peak wedding season (May-September), we recommend 4-6 weeks. Your audio guest book will be dispatched 3-5 days before your event date.
In the unlikely event of a technical issue, contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement phone to be posted by next-day delivery at no extra charge. Our phones are thoroughly tested before every dispatch and fully battery-powered to last well beyond a typical event.
Yes — you need to be 18 or over, or accompanied by a parent or guardian, to use our booths, mirrors and pods. Our attendants are there to run the equipment and keep the fun flowing, not to look after children, so children must never be left unattended at the booth. It's a strict rule, but a friendly one — just there to keep everyone safe.
Simply place the phone back in the box it arrived in and attach the free pre-paid Royal Mail return label (included in your box). Drop it at any Royal Mail post box or Post Office. We will digitally deliver all your recordings within 7 days of receiving it, often much sooner.
For events primarily for or attended by under-18s, we don't publish an online gallery. Guest sharing features (picture-by-text and QR links) are off by default too — the organiser can opt in at booking, in which case every link expires and all copies are deleted from our systems within 24 hours of the event, with the deletion logged. With our magic mirror, every photo is handed over on a brand-new USB stick at the end of the night to your nominated recipient, against a signed receipt. With our selfie pod, the USB stick is sent by tracked, signature-on-delivery post within 2 working days — we keep a sealed duplicate unopened only until delivery is confirmed, then destroy it. After handover and the 24-hour window, we hold no copies at all, so please back your photos up promptly.
Absolutely! While weddings are the most popular use, our audio guest books are perfect for birthday parties, corporate events, retirement celebrations, baby showers, hen parties, anniversaries, and celebrations of life. We will tailor the greeting message to suit your event.
Our audio guest books use high-fidelity recording technology with a handset design that naturally filters out background noise. Even in busy event environments with music and chatter, your guests voices come through clear. All recordings are delivered as high-quality digital audio files.
Each guest can record a message of up to 3 minutes. Most messages are between 30 seconds and 2 minutes — plenty of time for a proper message. There is no limit on the total number of recordings.
The recordings are not available for playback during the event. We deliver all messages digitally within 7 days of receiving the phone back, often much sooner. This ensures the best audio quality and means the recordings are a wonderful surprise to listen back to after your celebration.
