We've run Christmas parties for companies including Grant Thornton, Novuna and Quinn — who have booked us three years running — at venues from the Winter Gardens Blackpool to the Royal Liver Building.
Every company wants the same few nights: the Thursdays and Fridays in the first three weeks of December. There are only a handful of them, and most are booked by the end of October. If your party date is set, a deposit secures it now — the balance isn't due until two weeks before the event, and we can quote, invoice and take a purchase order in the meantime.
Booking early also gets the branding right: custom print templates and screen overlays with your logo and event name are designed and signed off before the night, so every print your team takes home carries the company brand.
We work with corporate organisers all season: 30-day invoice payment, formal quotations and POs, GDPR-compliant data capture if you want it, and the venue paperwork — public liability insurance, PAT certificates, risk assessments and method statements — ready for the hotels and function rooms that ask. A single booth serves 100–200 guests across an evening; for bigger parties we run multiple units with consistent branding.

Photo booths start from £179 and magic mirrors from £229; December weekend dates are premium. The price is one hire fee — delivery, set-up, a dedicated attendant, unlimited visits, instant prints and a private online gallery are all included, and we can quote, invoice and take a purchase order for business bookings.

A minimum of 8ft x 8ft of floor space and a standard 13A socket within 10 metres. We liaise with hotels and function rooms across the North West regularly and arrive around two hours before guests.
