The River Barn is an exclusive-use wedding barn set in five acres, reached by a tree-lined drive, with walled gardens and fire pits outside. It holds up to 120 for a ceremony, 150 for dining and 150 for the evening reception. That evening capacity is the number that matters for us, because a booth earns its keep once the room turns around after the meal.

Barn venues reward equipment that photographs well against timber and exposed character, and this is where the magic mirror comes into its own. The full-length ornate frame looks like it belongs in the room rather than something wheeled in, and because a mirror has a smaller footprint than an enclosed booth it slots in without eating into the dance floor. Practical logistics your coordinator will ask about

Access and setup. We arrive before your evening guests and are fully set up and tested before the room opens, typically during the turnaround after the wedding breakfast. Setup takes us under an hour for a mirror or pod.
