James & Natasha's Wedding at Samlesbury Hall, Lancashire

What a day to be part of. On 30th July 2026, we joined James and Natasha as they celebrated their wedding at the gorgeous Samlesbury Hall in Lancashire, and it was everything a summer wedding should be.

A Medieval Setting with Real Character

Samlesbury Hall sits between Preston and Blackburn, and it is one of Lancashire's most distinctive wedding venues. As a licensed ceremony venue with in-house catering, it handles the big stuff beautifully, leaving couples free to enjoy every moment.

The medieval architecture gives it a warmth and grandeur that is genuinely hard to replicate. It is the kind of place where guests arrive and immediately feel like the day is going to be something special. For us, it is always a pleasure to set up in spaces like this.

Our Photo Booth at James & Natasha's Wedding

We provided our Black Gloss Photo Booth for the evening, and it went down an absolute treat. Sleek, bold and a real head-turner, the black gloss finish complemented the historic surroundings brilliantly without looking out of place.

The booth was fully set up and attended throughout the event, so guests could just walk up and get involved without any fuss. Here is a quick rundown of everything that was included on the night:

  • Capacity for up to 4 people per visit
  • Bespoke print design personalised for James and Natasha's big day
  • One print per visit as standard
  • Unlimited visits throughout the evening
  • A fun prop box to get the laughter going
  • A friendly attendant on hand throughout
  • Online gallery for guests to browse and share after the event
  • Download link with high quality digital copies for the couple to keep
  • Full setup and takedown handled by our team
  • PLI and insurance certificates provided

207 Photos and Counting

By the end of the night, guests had taken a total of 207 photos. That is 207 brilliant little moments, laughs, poses and memories captured across the evening. It always amazes us how quickly those numbers add up once the prop box comes out.

You can browse the full collection over on our James & Natasha's Wedding gallery. It is well worth a look if you want to get a feel for how the booth looked on the night and what kind of fun your own guests could have.

Why a Photo Booth Works So Well at Weddings

Weddings bring together people from all corners of a couple's life, and not everyone knows each other at the start of the evening. A photo booth is one of the best icebreakers going. It gives guests something to do, something to take home, and something to smile about.

The bespoke print design meant every strip that came out of the booth had James and Natasha's names on it, making each one a proper keepsake. Guests were tucking them into bags and pockets all night, and we always love seeing that.

If you are planning a wedding at Samlesbury Hall or a similar venue across Lancashire and the North West, a photo booth is one of those additions that genuinely pays for itself in memories.
