What a day it was. On the 4th of April 2026, we had the absolute pleasure of being part of Elaine and Andy's wedding day at The Villa Wrea Green in the gorgeous village of Wrea Green, Lancashire. It was one of those events that reminds you exactly why we love what we do.

The Villa Wrea Green: A Venue That Sets the Scene

The Villa Country House Hotel is a truly special place to get married. Set in the tranquil Lancashire countryside, it has the kind of elegant, relaxed atmosphere that makes guests feel instantly at ease. The grounds are beautiful, the interiors are warm and luxurious, and the whole venue just lends itself perfectly to a celebration that feels both intimate and occasion-worthy.

It's the sort of venue where people arrive and immediately relax into the day. That energy carries through to everything, including the entertainment, and it made our job an absolute joy.

What We Brought to the Day

Elaine and Andy chose our Magic Mirror hire for their reception, and it was a perfect fit for the venue's elegant style. The Magic Mirror is our most visually striking setup; it's sleek, interactive, and always draws a crowd. Guests simply can't resist it.

To frame the experience, we dressed the setup with a red carpet and silver rope and stanchions. It added a real sense of occasion and gave guests that VIP arrival feel every time they stepped up for a photo.

The Audio Guest Book Was a Real Highlight

We bundled in our Audio Guest Book as a combo with the Magic Mirror, and it genuinely went down a treat. Guests picked up the handset, left a voice message for Elaine and Andy, and then jumped in front of the mirror for their photos. It created this lovely little moment of connection that the couple will be able to listen back to for years to come.

It's one of those extras that seems simple but ends up being one of the most treasured parts of the day.

The Photos Speak for Themselves

Across the evening, we captured 116 photos, and every single one tells its own little story from the day. Guests made the most of the prop box, groups squeezed in together, and more than a few of the video messages ended in tears of laughter.
