Lancaster House Wedding Fair 2026: Magic Mirror, Selfie Pods & Audio Guest Books

On Sunday 27 September 2026, from 2pm to 6pm, Lancaster House Hotel holds its Wedding Showcase, the hotel's autumn wedding fair. CandidCamera has a stand there. We're showing the Magic Mirror, our Selfie Pods and the Audio Guest Book, with showcase prices for couples getting married at Lancaster House.

Lancaster House wedding fair: the details

• Venue: Lancaster House Hotel, Green Lane, Ellel, Lancaster, LA1 4GJ
• Getting there: Bailrigg, on the edge of Lancaster University's campus, about three minutes from junction 33 of the M6

The fair is a chance to see the hotel set up for a wedding, meet its wedding team and talk to suppliers in one afternoon. For future fair dates, ask the Lancaster House wedding team.

What CandidCamera is showing at the fair

The Magic Mirror

The Magic Mirror is a full-length mirror that your guests pose in front of. It shows animated prompts on the glass, prints photos instantly and comes with a trained attendant all night. At Lancaster House the props box, red carpet and VIP ropes are included. We set it up along a wall near the dance floor, so the queue never crosses the floor.

Showcase price: from £229 for 2 hours on a weekday, or from £249 at weekends.

Selfie Pods, digital or print

A Selfie Pod is a slim five-foot tower that fits where a mirror won't, such as a drinks reception, a lounge or a marquee. The digital pod shares photos straight to guests' phones. The print pod gives every guest a print to take home.

Showcase price: from £180 for a digital pod for 3 hours. Print pods start at £300.

The Audio Guest Book

With the Audio Guest Book, guests pick up a vintage telephone and leave you a message. It works best a little away from the music, and at Lancaster House the Sandeman Bar suits it well. We send your recordings as audio files within 7 days of the phone coming back to us.

Showcase price: £129, or £99 when you add it to a Magic Mirror or Selfie Pod.

Wedding photography and drone film

We also offer wedding photography, with two photographers at every wedding as standard. Half-day coverage starts at £599 on a weekday. Drone photo and film of the hotel and its gardens starts at £199. If the weather stops us flying, we refund the aerial part in full.

Met us at the fair? Keep your showcase prices

The prices above are the same as the cards on our stand. Quote LANCASTER HOUSE SHOWCASE when you book and we'll hold them for your date.

A £100 deposit holds your date, paid on the day or within 7 days, and it comes off your balance. You can build your day online: choose what you'd like, see the price for your date and either hold it with a secure card payment or have the details emailed to you.
