Village Hotel Blackpool sits on East Park Drive, beside the Herons' Reach eighteen-hole golf course and about three miles from Junction 4 of the M55, roughly ten minutes from Blackpool town centre. It is one of the genuinely large event venues on the Fylde coast: the Inspiration Suite seats up to 600 theatre-style or 400 for a banquet on round tables of ten, which puts it at the top end of what Blackpool can hold outside the Winter Gardens. That scale makes it an awards-night and conference-dinner venue as much as a hotel.

Alongside the Inspiration Suite there are further air-conditioned meeting rooms carrying the hotel's motivational names — Activation 1 at 70 theatre, Activation at 50, Vision and Motivation at 25 each, and Spirit at 12 — with communal breakout areas between them. The large event spaces are designed to be partitioned, so a drinks reception, a dinner and an evening party can all run within one footprint.
