The Queens is the art-deco landmark on City Square, Leeds — 232 bedrooms above the railway station, and the Queens Ballroom, billed by the hotel as the largest function suite in Leeds, running from 80 to 500 guests. Palm Court takes 45 to 200, weddings seat up to 450 in the ballroom, and Christmas brings private and joiner party nights across the hotel's event spaces.

We worked a corporate Christmas party here in November 2025 — the ballroom dressed to the nines and hundreds of photographs by midnight — so the load-in, the freight route and the turnaround timings are already in our notes.

At full ballroom scale one capture point queues, so we run the mirror and a selfie pod together, one at each end, and nobody waits. The mirror photographs like it was commissioned for an art-deco room, the audio guest book collects what nobody says on a microphone, and our roaming photography works City Square and the grand staircase without your event leaving the building.
