Soughton Hall is a Georgian country house at Northop, near Mold — built as a Bishop's Palace around 1714, remodelled with Sir Charles Barry's help in the 1820s, and now one of North Wales' most striking exclusive-use wedding venues. The Garden Room seats 150 for the wedding breakfast and 220 in the evening with its own bar and dance floor, ceremonies run indoors or out, boutique bedrooms keep the party in the house, and the restaurant trades daily.
