Liverpool Cricket Club has stood at Aigburth since 1807 — one of the oldest sports clubs in the country, with function rooms above the ground: the Chavasse Suite for 100 with its private bar, dance floor and balcony over the pitch, the 1925 Lounge for 40-50, and the Sue Newton Lounge for intimate gatherings, with lift access and in-house catering.

We've worked a celebration here, so we know what makes the Chavasse special — the balcony over the ground, and the light off the outfield in the evening.

The mirror earns its place along the suite wall clear of the bar and the dance floor; golden-hour portraits happen on the balcony with the outfield behind you; the compact pod suits the 1925 Lounge; and for the funerals the club hosts with such care, the audio guest book comes alone if the family prefers — quiet, no flashes, every recording kept.
