A magic mirror is made for prom: a full-length interactive mirror with animations and games that suits the glamour of the night, while our classic enclosed photo booth gets the group shots and the silly ones. Every hire includes unlimited visits, instant prints for students to take home, premium props, and custom print templates with your school name, year and prom theme.
Proms run on a tight schedule, so we arrive around two hours before students do, set up out of the way, and run the experience from first arrival to carriages. There is nothing for staff to operate — our attendant manages the queue, helps with poses and keeps everything moving.
We work with schools and venues regularly, so the paperwork is ready when you are: public liability insurance, annually PAT-tested equipment, and risk assessments are all available on request, and DBS-checked staff are available for events with children. Pricing is a single hire fee — not per print — so there is no cost to students on the night.
Prom season is short. June and July dates go quickly, so most schools book in the autumn or spring term. A £75 deposit secures your date, with the balance due two weeks before the event.

Yes. DBS-checked staff are available for events with children, we carry full public liability insurance, all equipment is PAT tested annually, and we can provide certificates and risk assessments on request — which most schools and venues ask for.
Yes — custom print templates are included with every booking. We add your school name, the year and your prom theme, and can match colours to your decorations. Students take a printed keepsake home on the night.
As early as you can. Prom season is concentrated into June and July, so Friday dates in particular go quickly. Most schools book during the autumn or spring term. A £75 deposit secures your date and the balance isn't due until two weeks before the event.
A minimum of 8ft x 8ft of floor space and a standard 13A power socket within 10 metres. We're happy to liaise with your venue directly about access and setup times — we arrive around two hours before guests so everything is ready when students walk in.
Every visit prints instantly on the night, and all photos are uploaded to a private online gallery after the event. The school controls the gallery link and can share it with students and parents however suits your policies.
