August bank season, a milestone birthday and a room full of people ready to celebrate. Sam's 60th at St Annes Cricket Club was one of those events that just had the right energy from the moment we arrived. We were thrilled to be part of it, bringing along our Selfie Pod to make sure every moment was captured in style.

St Annes Cricket Club is a fantastic setting for a private party. It has that classic Lancashire charm, a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, and plenty of space for guests to mingle, eat, drink and get in front of the camera. It's the kind of venue that feels personal rather than corporate, which made it perfect for a 60th birthday celebration.

The gold glitter backdrop in particular was a real showstopper. It caught the light beautifully and gave every single shot that celebratory, milestone-worthy feel. Combined with the prop boxes, guests were having a fantastic time coming up with creative poses and getting some genuinely brilliant photos out of it.

Over the course of the evening, guests made their way to the Selfie Pod again and again, and the results were brilliant. We captured a total of 260 photos across the night, which is a great reflection of just how much fun everyone had.
