Garrett Hall Leavers Party 2026 at Tyldesley RUFC

Every year, prom season reminds us just how special these milestone moments are. In July 2026, we had the pleasure of being part of the Garrett Hall leavers party, held at Tyldesley Rugby Union Football Club in Wigan. It was a brilliant night, full of energy, laughter, and plenty of memories being made in front of our Magic Mirror.

A Great Venue for a Big Night Out

Tyldesley Rugby Union Football Club might be best known for what happens on the pitch, but its function facilities are genuinely impressive for events like this. The spacious hall gave the students plenty of room to celebrate in style, with a layout that worked perfectly for a leavers party setup.

The venue has a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere that suited the occasion brilliantly. It is the kind of space where you can dress things up without it feeling over the top, which made it ideal for a school prom with a bit of glamour thrown in.

The Magic Mirror Setup

For the Garrett Hall leavers party, we brought along our full Magic Mirror hire package, complete with a full red carpet entrance, ropes and silver stanchions to create that proper VIP arrival feel. From the moment guests walked in, the whole setup looked the part.

The Magic Mirror itself was a hit, as it always is at proms. It accommodates four or more people at once, so groups of friends could all pile in together for their shots. With unlimited visits throughout the night, nobody missed out.

What Was Included on the Night

  • Red carpet, ropes and silver stanchions for a VIP entrance
  • Bespoke print design tailored to the Garrett Hall leavers party
  • A choice of hundreds of print templates
  • One print per use (with upgrade options available)
  • Download link with high quality digital copies for every guest
  • Fun prop box packed with accessories
  • A friendly, professional attendant on hand all evening
  • Full setup and takedown handled by our team
  • Public liability insurance certificates provided
  • Unlimited visits throughout the event

The bespoke print design was a lovely touch. Rather than a generic template, the prints were personalised to the occasion so students took home something genuinely unique to their leavers night. Those little details really do make a difference.

Why the Magic Mirror Works So Well at Proms

Proms are all about celebrating together, and the Magic Mirror is built for exactly that. Its full-length format means everyone gets in the shot, outfits get shown off properly, and the whole experience feels more special than a standard booth.

The interactive touchscreen, the on-screen prompts, and the instant prints all add up to something guests genuinely engage with all night long. We saw students returning again and again with different groups of friends, which is always a great sign that it is going down well.

The digital download link also meant that every guest could keep their memories in high quality, long after the prints had been tucked into bags at the end of the night.

A Night to Remember for the Class of 2026

It was a privilege to be part of such an important milestone for the Garrett Hall students. Prom nights only happen once, and we are always glad when we can help make them feel as special as they deserve to be.

A big thank you to everyone involved in organising the event, and of course to the students who made it such a fun night to be part of. We hope the prints and digital copies bring back great memories for years to come.
