Robert and Sarah's wedding at St Helens Town Hall on 22 August 2026 was a day we were delighted to be part of. We brought our Magic Mirror along, and it quickly became one of the busiest spots of the celebration.
If you are searching for wedding magic mirror hire at St Helens Town Hall, here is a look at how the day went and why the combination worked so well.
Why St Helens Town Hall Suits a Wedding
St Helens Town Hall sits in Victoria Square and is a building of timeless elegance. It is a venue made for big days, hosting weddings and civil partnerships in a setting with real character.
That sense of occasion is exactly why a Magic Mirror fits so well here. It looks polished and sits comfortably alongside a grand interior, so it feels part of the day rather than something added on.
The Magic Mirror on the Day
Our Magic Mirror is a full-length interactive mirror that guides guests through their photos with animations and on-screen prompts. Guests step up, follow the prompts and strike a pose, and the results are fun every time.
We set it up with a red carpet and ropes and silver stanchions. It gave guests a proper red carpet moment, which suited the formal surroundings and got people lining up to take their turn.
Room for the Whole Group
The Magic Mirror accommodates four or more people, so nobody had to be left out. Friends, family and plenty of big groups squeezed in together, and the shots show just how much everyone was enjoying themselves.
There was no backdrop required either, which kept the setup neat and made the most of the space we were given.
Props, Prints and Personal Touches
Our fun prop box was well used, and it brought out some brilliant expressions from guests of all ages. Our friendly attendant was on hand throughout to keep things moving and help anyone who wanted a little guidance.
Here is what else was included for Robert and Sarah:
- Bespoke print design, so the prints matched the wedding
- A choice of hundreds of print templates
- Double prints, so guests could keep one and share one
- A download link with high quality digital copies
- Unlimited visits to the mirror throughout the event
- Setup and takedown handled by our team
- PLI and insurance certificates provided
Guests left with a print in hand, and the couple have the full set of digital copies to look back on.
192 Photos to Enjoy
The mirror captured 192 photos across the celebration. Each one is a little snapshot of the day, from group poses to spontaneous silliness.
You can see them all in the Robert & Sarah wedding gallery. It is a great way to get a feel for how the Magic Mirror works at a wedding.
Why a Magic Mirror Works for Weddings
Weddings bring together people from every part of a couple's life, and the Magic Mirror gives them all something to do together. It encourages guests to mingle, laugh and get involved, whatever their age.
If you prefer a different style, we also offer photo booth hire, selfie pods and audio guest books. You can combine them with event photography to cover every moment of the day.
Congratulations again to Robert and Sarah. Thank you for letting us be part of it.
