Halloween always brings out the best in a party crowd, and the Royal Hotel Halloween party on 31 October was no exception. Costumes were committed, the atmosphere was buzzing and our Magic Mirror was busy from the moment it was ready. Here is a look back at the night.

The Royal Hotel is a brilliant space for a themed night like this. It gives guests room to mingle, show off their outfits and move between the different parts of the evening without feeling squeezed in. Why We Chose the Magic Mirror

Red Carpet Treatment for Every Guest
We set up a red carpet with ropes and silver stanchions around the mirror. It gave the whole thing a proper VIP feel and added a bit of glamour to a spooky night. Guests loved strutting up to the mirror as if they were arriving at a premiere.
Our friendly attendant kept things moving, helped groups get the most from each session and made sure the fun prop box was well used. Props and costumes together made for some brilliantly ridiculous photos.

Guests were able to take home something from the night straight away. The package included:

Unlimited visits made a real difference. People came back again and again as they changed poses, swapped props and gathered new groups, and that is where some of the best shots came from.

Smooth Setup, Stress-Free Hosting
We arrived an hour early to set up, so everything was tested and ready before guests walked in. We handled setup and takedown, and we carry PLI and insurance certificates, which is always reassuring for venues and organisers. That meant the hosts could focus on enjoying their party.
