Last month we had the pleasure of bringing our Magic Mirror to New Vic in Newcastle-under-Lyme for a birthday party, and it was a brilliant night. The gallery is titled "New Vic - 3rd Birthday", and the guests clearly came ready to celebrate. Here is a look back at how it went.
Why New Vic Works for an Adult Birthday

Our Magic Mirror is a full-length interactive photo experience. Guests step up, follow the on-screen prompts and strike a pose, and the mirror brings the fun with animations and playful messages. It is a real talking point at any party.
It suited this birthday perfectly because it accommodates 4+ people at a time. Friends, family and groups of mates could all squeeze in together for a proper group shot, rather than queuing up in ones and twos.
The Red Carpet Treatment
We set up a red carpet with ropes and silver stanchions leading to the mirror. It gave the party a proper VIP feel, and guests loved arriving at the mirror like they were walking into a premiere. Lots of people stopped for a photo before they even reached the mirror itself.

Our friendly attendant was on hand all evening to keep things flowing and help anyone who wanted a hand getting started. We also arrived for a one hour early setup, so everything was ready before the first guests came through the door.
222 Photos to Look Back On
By the end of the night, the mirror had captured 222 photos. They are full of big smiles, group poses and plenty of birthday spirit. You can see them all in the New Vic birthday gallery.
Unlimited visits meant guests could return as often as they liked, and plenty did. That is what we love most about the Magic Mirror: it keeps people coming back for another go.
