School proms are some of our favourite events to be part of. The excitement in the air, the dressed-up students, the proud parents snapping photos at the door. It's a night that genuinely means something to everyone there, and we were absolutely delighted to be part of the celebrations at CorpAcq Stadium on 12th June 2026.

Our Magic Mirror Setup

For this event, we provided our Magic Mirror hire, and it was a perfect fit for the occasion. The Magic Mirror is always a crowd-pleaser, but at a school prom it really comes into its own. Students love interacting with it, and the prints give everyone a keepsake from the night that they'll hold onto for years.

We set up with a full Red Carpet, Ropes and Silver Stanchions to create that VIP arrival feel right in front of the mirror. It added a real sense of glamour to the setup and made every group photo feel like a proper red carpet moment.

The bespoke print design was a real highlight. We created a custom template that matched the theme of the evening, so every print that came out felt personal and special rather than generic. Students were queuing up throughout the night to get their group shots, and the prop box kept things fun and lively all the way through.

A Night to Remember

It's always a privilege to be part of a school prom. For so many students, this is one of the last big shared memories they'll create together before heading off to different paths in life. Being able to give them something tangible to take away, a proper printed keepsake and a digital gallery to look back on, is something we genuinely care about getting right.
