Our Standard Mirror is modular and can be taken up stairs
– please do let us know in the notes whilst booking so that we can allocate additional time for setup if there are stairs or difficult access.  If we’re not aware of difficult access, this may result in a later start and reduced hire time due to increased setup times.

Our Jumbo Mirror cannot be taken up stairs as it weighs 100kg and doesn’t come apart.  We do have a small ramp for taking it up 1-3 small steps. 

Please note, refunds on hire will not be issued if we’re unable to access your venue due to stairs or split levels which we were not made aware of when booking the Jumbo Mirror.

While our Magic Mirror is equipped with electronic components, it is designed for indoor use and should be positioned near a plug socket. While we can technically set it up outside, we recommend against it for optimal performance and guest experience.

For most setups, a standard 3×3 meters space is suitable. However, the required space may vary based on your chosen package. It’s important to note that proximity to a plug socket is necessary. With our ‘open air’ setup, the mirror can be positioned along the wall, requiring minimal space.

Please keep in mind that the mentioned space is the minimum requirement. Additional space may be needed if you opt for a prop table or guest book table.

Our Magic Mirror can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people and is great for groups, but with a bit of friendly squeezing and closeness, you can fit up to 10 individuals in a shot. To date, our record is an impressive 21 people captured in a single photo!

Typically, our setup is completed within the hour. However, we prefer to allocate ample time for testing to ensure everything runs seamlessly before your guests arrive. Please note that our Jumbo Mirror cannot be transported upstairs, so entry must be at ground level. If needed on a different floor, we can use an elevator for access.  If access is difficult, please let us know so that we can plan accordingly and prevent the setup running into your hire time.

Typically, it takes approximately 30 minutes to pack everything away and complete the takedown process.

Our Magic Mirror utilizes DSLR cameras and a studio quality flash, ensuring high-quality photos straight from the camera for a top-notch visual experience!

Absolutely! The touch screen and software are designed to be user-friendly. Additionally, a dedicated staff member will be present throughout your event to assist guests if needed. It’s so user-friendly that even our 6-year-old has mastered it!

Printing typically takes around 8-12 seconds, and the photos come out completely dry as soon as they are printed.

Our printer can do either

• 1 x (4″×6″) or
• 2 x (2″x6″) passport stle strips
  per use.
  
  We will provide you with a gallery of hundreds of templets to choose from which can be customised with your own text. A template can have 1,2,3, or 4 photo sections.

Absolutely! We provide a selection of high quality party props to add an extra element of fun, ensuring you can capture some hilarious and memorable photos.

 – We invest heavily in our range of props which you may not find with other Magic Mirror Suppliers who will only provide a handful of props.

Each use of our Magic Mirror comes with one print, and it can be utilized as many times as guests can gather in front of it. If you need additional prints, we offer a variety of add-ons that can be included in your package for extra copies.
