Connor & Emily's Wedding at Holmes Mill, Clitheroe

What a privilege it was to be part of Connor and Emily's wedding day at Holmes Mill in Clitheroe on 15th November 2025. Weddings in November have a magic all of their own, and this one was no exception. The warmth inside Holmes Mill made the perfect contrast to the crisp autumn evening outside.

A Venue That Does the Talking

Holmes Mill is one of those venues that genuinely earns its reputation. This former textile mill in the heart of Clitheroe has been beautifully transformed into a modern event space whilst holding onto all the character of its industrial past. Exposed brickwork, original beams and generous open spaces give it a warmth and atmosphere that's hard to replicate in a purpose-built venue.

For a wedding, it works brilliantly. There's real personality in the building, and that personality gives guests something to talk about before the evening even gets going. It was the ideal backdrop for Connor and Emily's big day.

For this wedding, Connor and Emily chose our Audio Guest Book hire, and it turned out to be a wonderful fit for the occasion.
