Carnforth High School Prom at Lancaster House Hotel 2025

What a night it was. On 26th June 2025, we had the pleasure of being part of Carnforth High School's end-of-year prom at the brilliant Lancaster House Hotel in Lancashire. It was exactly the kind of event we love being involved in, full of energy, excitement and some genuinely brilliant photos.

The Venue: Lancaster House Hotel

Lancaster House Hotel is a fantastic choice for a school prom. It's a well-established hotel venue set within beautiful grounds on the edge of Lancaster, giving the whole evening a real sense of occasion. The interiors are sophisticated without being stuffy, and there's plenty of space for students to enjoy the evening in style.

For a prom, atmosphere matters just as much as the venue itself. Lancaster House delivers on both. It's the kind of place that makes students feel genuinely special on what is, for many of them, one of the most memorable nights of their school lives.

Our Setup: Magic Mirror Hire with the Full Red Carpet Experience

For this event, we brought along our ever-popular Magic Mirror, complete with a red carpet, ropes and silver stanchions at the entrance. That combination instantly sets the tone and gives guests that real red carpet arrival moment before they've even stepped in front of the mirror.

With space for four or more people at once, there was never any shortage of laughter as groups of friends squeezed in for their shots.

A Night the Class of 2025 Won't Forget

From the moment the red carpet was rolled out, students were queuing up to get involved. The prop box went down brilliantly, as it always does, and the bespoke print design gave every single photo a personalised touch that made it feel unique to Carnforth High's prom rather than just a generic booth print.

The SMS delivery feature was particularly popular. Students could receive their photos straight to their phones on the night, which meant the memories were already being shared before the evening had even finished. That's always a lovely thing to see.

Our attendant was on hand throughout to keep the queue moving, help with props and make sure everyone got the most out of their visits. It's a small thing, but having a friendly face there makes a big difference to the overall experience.
